VINE PORCELAIN BERRY

Latin Name:Ampelopsis brevipendiculata ‘Elegans’

Description: This perennial, woody vine in the grape family resembles a wild grape vine with its deeply lobed, heart shaped, beautifully variegated foliage. The flowers are tiny and greenish-white, borne on umbrella-shaped clusters which are upward facing. The fruit emerges from the flowers, and is speckled and can be blue, pink, purple, or cream-coloured. Birds are attracted to the fruit.
