Named for the wife of the UK plantsman Bob Brown, whointroduced this vigorous P. longifolia hybrid in 1995. ‘Diana Clare’ was selected as an outstanding silver-leaf variety tolerant of heat and resistant to powdery mildew! Short stalks oflavender-pink flowers emerge in early spring and then age to cobalt blue. The lance-shaped leaves, edged inspotted silver,mature to nearly silver as the season progresses.
Mature size: 12 inches tall & slowly spreading to up to 24 inches wide.
