Monrovia Twinkle Blue Balloon Flower is a dwarf clump-formingperennialwithtoothed blue-greenfoliage. The flower buds puff up like balloons before opening tolarge indigo flowers that bloom from early spring through summer. Grows best withrich, loamywell-drained soil.

MAINTENANCE NEEDS:Low Maintenance.As the root system is delicate, it is best to not transplant the plant after it has established. Root rot may occur in overly moist soils. Watch for slugs and snails.
