Musa acuminata Super Dwarf ~ Monrovia Super Dwarf Banana

Super Dwarf Banana is a very symmetrical dwarf tropical plant with a trunk-like false stem and huge paddle shaped foliage. Grows best in full sun and rich, consistently moist well drained soils. Super Dwarf’ssmall size makes it manageable as a houseplantand can still produce fruit grown inside or outside. The tiny bananas are smooth with as sweet taste. Treat as an annual if outside.

MAINTENANCE NEEDS:Low maintenance.Do not let soils dry out. Outside plants must be overwintered to survive in areas outside zones.Susceptible to anthracnose, wilt and mosiac virus. Watch for common houseplant pests.
