Eucomis bicolor has a large flower spike of pale green edged with purple, borne 12 to 24 inches tall on purple-speckled stout stems. The tuft of small green leaves at the top makes the flower cluster resemble a pineapple. A particularly hefty Eucomis; summer bloomer.Ships when dormant.
